Most Smartphone Users Are Apathetic to AI Features
A new survey of over 2,000 smartphone users suggests that the vast majority of iPhone and Samsung Galaxy users find AI features add little to no value to their experience. Most users are not interested in paying for continued access to AI features or even using them regularly.
